"Visually interesting", but the image lacks the context to tell a story. The use of perspective* as well as not focusing on the boobs makes it stand out of the crowd, but the viewer has no idea what's going on with the character. Giving the piece a compelling title might serve as a crutch, but ideally the image should stand on its own.
* Said perspective as well as the size of elements in relation to each other may require more work though. I also think you messed up the inner corner of what might or might not be a bathtub. ;)
